Cancellation Policy:

    • There will be a $35 processing fee for all cancellations.
    • All requests for refunds must be made in writing.
    • 2-Day Workshop: requests postmarked 30 or more days in advance of the two-day workshop selected will be granted. No refund less than 30 days prior to the first day of training but your fee can be applied towards a future program.
    • 4-Day, 5-Day and 6-Day Trainings: Refund will be 70% of the total fee for cancellation requests postmarked more than 60 but less than 90 days prior to the first day of the training; it will be 40% of the total fee for cancellation requests postmarked more than 30 but less than 59 days prior to the first day of training. No refund less than 30 days prior to the first day of training but your fee can be applied towards a future program.
    • Mentorship: Full refund for the Mentorship must be postmarked prior to the first teleconference call.
