Roger Wellington joined the Kinder Institute as Executive Director in 2008. Roger attended Princeton and the University of California, receiving a degree in History. He then earned a Masters in Business Administration magna cum laude from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. After four years at Mercer Management Consulting working on corporate strategy, organizational development, and management education projects, he spent over 10 years doing training and development assignments for both non-profit and corporate clients. Along the way he also started two businesses. Restless again in early 2008, he was searching for an organization where he could integrate his love for inner transformational work with his interest in business when he encountered the Institute’s Life Planning methodology. |

Eva Brodzik,

Eva Brodzik joined the Institute as Director of Business Development in 2007. Prior to that she held a similar position with the Garrett Planning Network where she increased membership by 248% over four years. Her daily contact with advisors in large and small firms across the country has given her a keen understanding of industry trends and business models. This knowledge along with her unique blend of idealism and realism make her an exceptionally capable advocate for the transformation that Life Planning can bring to the financial services industry. |

Nadine Mazzola,
Technology and Operations Manager |

Nadine Mazzola serves as Kinder Institute’s Manager of Operations and Technology establishing procedures and overseeing technology systems to effectively manage the internal and external operations of the company. Having studied business management and marketing Nadine made the transition to the graphic design industry in 2002 and serves as Kinder Institute’s webmaster and graphic designer as well as overseeing KI’s community forum site. Using her unique combination of technical and creative skills as well as her skill in thinking through details makes her an invaluable part of KI’s team. Prior to joining the Kinder Institute Nadine’s focus was in the world of Professional Pocket Billiards. While traveling and competing professionally, Nadine achieved a career high ranking of 17th in the world. She also served two terms as Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Professional Billiard Association. Nadine was also a staff photographer for a major industry publication and an instructional columnist. You can still find Nadine's billiard drills on the World Wide Web today. Nadine lives with her husband Jerry in Acton, MA. |

Marie Swift has served as professional publicist for the Kinder Institute since 2004. Her consulting firm, Impact Communications, is this year celebrating its 15th anniversary. Marie and her team have a long and impressive list of past and current clients, including industry influentials such as George Kinder, Sheryl Garrett, Julie Littlechild, Norm Boone, David Drucker, Susan Bradley, Ed Jacobson and best selling author Lee Eisenberg. Bob Veres, a columnist for Financial Planning magazine, says "Marie is perhaps the best marketing and PR consultant in our industry." David Drucker calls her a “PR consultant extraordinaire.” The editors at Investment Advisor magazine have dubbed her a “marketing guru.” In addition to being a published book author, Marie is a regular contributor to publications such as Research magazine, Morningstar Advisor, Financial Planning magazine, Bank Investment magazine, AdvisorMax and CPA Wealth Provider. She’s also a popular speaker at various industry conferences, including national forums for the Financial Planning Association, Lockwood University and the NFL Players Association. |
